A lady known as the agency asking for our advice. She told us that she had left her husband, kids and the loved ones home as a result of his constant philandering. She was quite distraught by the situation. She didn't wish to leave the young children but she could not afford to take them with her just before she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was quite abusive and shouted at her a whole lot. The couple had been separated for around 4 months and in that time our client had identified out that he had moved one more woman in.
Our client was really worried about her case due to the fact she was the one that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the youngsters and he would have to pay maintenance to her as well as the youngsters once the divorce had gone by way of. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it could be a good notion to put covert cameras outside the home so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living in the loved ones home.
We left the cameras outside the residence for 2 weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her automobile on the drive and used a key to obtain in. She was there on her own for a few of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had sufficient to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the household house using the young children and her husband began to pay upkeep. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this one woman and he wanted to live with her.
