A manager from a significant restaurant within the neighborhood area known as in for our services. He had been asked to uncover out if we could assist the owner. It had grow to be clear that some of the waiting staff exactly where stealing from the Suggestions pot. He explained to us that on some weeks there may be as a lot as £5000 within the pot on a Saturday night. There were only two methods that the funds might be stolen from the pot. After we left we went back to the office to watch the film footage. It very clearly showed both the head waiter and the Bar man taking money from the Tip jar and also forgetting to put their tips in. Our client was delighted with all the CCTV as well as the fact that we caught the head waiter and Barman read handed.
